Who can take part

  • You must be 18 or older.
  • Your hernia surgery must use Fortiva Tissue Matrix (a type of supportive material).
  • You should not have any medical reasons that prevent using Fortiva.
  • You must be able to read and fill out study questionnaires in English.
  • You must agree to come back for all follow-up visits after surgery.
  • You cannot have an active infection where the hernia is repaired.
