  • You are between 18 and 79 years old
  • You agree to take part in research and do the study questionnaires
  • You have a planned operation to fix a hernia or complex abdominal wall bulge (not emergency surgery)
  • You can speak and understand French well enough to answer questionnaires
  • You are registered with the French national health care system
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding
