  • You are between 35 and 75 years old.
  • You have lived in one of these cities or areas in Fujian Province for at least 6 months: Fuzhou, Putian, Quanzhou, Nanping, Xiamen, Zhangzhou, Longyan, Sanming, or Ningde.
  • You have never been told you have coronary heart disease, a stroke, or cancer.
  • You do not have a severe disability that would make it hard to take part in the study.
