  • You work as a registered nurse in a public hospital in Xiamen, China
  • You are age 20 or older
  • You have worked in your current public hospital for at least 1 year
  • You agree to take part by signing informed consent
  • You plan to stay in Xiamen for the next 5 years
  • You are able to walk on your own (not unambulatory)
