Who can take part

  • You were treated for a missing back tooth (premolar or molar) 5 years ago with a dental implant and a screw-retained zirconia crown.
  • You were 18 or older at the time of treatment.
  • The implant site had enough healthy bone for an implant at least 8mm long and 4.2mm wide with good stability.
  • You had no infection at the implant site and good oral hygiene at that time.
  • You did not have severe gum disease, bruxism (teeth grinding), smoke, or had radiation to the head or neck.
