Who can take part

  • You are at least 18 years old
  • You had a baby within the past 6 weeks to 12 months
  • You have obesity (BMI 30 or higher) or had gestational diabetes and have overweight (BMI 25 or higher)
  • You do not have diabetes (other than gestational diabetes) and your blood sugar level is below a certain threshold
  • You are not pregnant now and do not plan to become pregnant in the next 6 months
  • You have a smartphone and can take part in the program
