Who can take part
- You have stomach or gastroesophageal junction cancer that has spread to only one organ (like the liver, lung, or lymph nodes) or certain lymph nodes in the abdomen
- You have not had any previous treatment for your cancer, such as surgery, chemotherapy, or radiation
- You are between 18 and 75 years old and can perform daily activities without help (ECOG 0 or 1)
- You have adequate blood, liver, kidney, and clotting function
- You do not have active autoimmune disease, infections like HIV or hepatitis, or other serious medical conditions
- You are not pregnant or breastfeeding and agree to use contraception if needed
