Who can take part

  • You have been diagnosed with breast cancer (Stage I, II, or III).
  • You are female and 18 years or older.
  • You are currently taking an aromatase inhibitor (a type of hormone therapy for breast cancer).
  • Your body mass index (BMI) is 27 or higher.
  • You have been told you have aromatase inhibitor-related musculoskeletal symptoms (AIMSS) – joint pain or stiffness linked to your medication.
  • Your average joint pain score is at least 4 out of 10 over the last 7 days.
