Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older
- Your brain tumor has come back after standard treatment, is at least 1 centimeter in size, and no larger than 3 centimeters
- Your tumor is in a location where a thin tube (catheter) can be safely placed into it, away from critical brain areas
- You have already had radiation therapy and temozolomide chemotherapy and your tumor did not respond
- You have good kidney, liver, and blood cell counts as shown by lab tests
- You are able to have an MRI scan of the brain
