Who can take part

  • You must be 18 to 75 years old.
  • You must have an advanced solid tumor that standard treatments no longer work for, or you can't tolerate them.
  • You must be in generally good health (able to do most daily activities).
  • You must not have certain medical conditions like active infections, heart problems, or autoimmune diseases.
  • You must agree to use effective birth control during the study and for 6 months after.
