Who can take part

  • You must be 18 years or older.
  • You must have an advanced solid tumor (like ovarian, lung, or testicular cancer) that has not responded to or you cannot tolerate standard treatments.
  • You must have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans.
  • You must be in generally good health (able to care for yourself and up and about more than half of the day).
  • Your tumor must test positive for a protein called CLDN6 (this will be checked from a previous or new biopsy).
  • You must have adequate organ function (heart, liver, kidneys, blood counts) as shown by blood tests.
  • Women who can get pregnant must have a negative pregnancy test and use effective birth control; men must use effective birth control.
