Who can take part
- You must be 18 years or older.
- You must have an advanced solid tumor (like ovarian, lung, or testicular cancer) that has not responded to or you cannot tolerate standard treatments.
- You must have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans.
- You must be in generally good health (able to care for yourself and up and about more than half of the day).

- Women who can get pregnant must have a negative pregnancy test and use effective birth control; men must use effective birth control.
