This extension study tests the long-term safety of ianalumab for people with systemic lupus erythematosus. If you completed a prior SIRIUS-SLE study and your doctor thinks you'd benefit, you may continue treatment for up to 60 more weeks.

Who can take part
- You must have already completed the full 60-week treatment period in the earlier SIRIUS-SLE study (CVAY736F12301 or CVAY736F12302) without dropping out.
- Your doctor must believe you will benefit from continued study treatment.
- You cannot have a serious active infection that needs IV or IM antibiotics.
- You cannot plan to get live vaccines during the study.
- Women who could become pregnant must use highly effective birth control during treatment and for 6 months after; men must use barrier protection during sex with such women.
- You cannot be pregnant or nursing.
