Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 75 years old.
- You have advanced cancer that has spread and has not improved with standard treatments, or you cannot tolerate them.
- You have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans.
- You are able to take care of yourself (ECOG score 0-2).
- Your blood counts and organ functions (kidney, liver, and clotting) are within acceptable ranges.
- Your CD4 cell count (a type of immune cell) is above a certain level.
- If you have brain metastases, they must be stable and not require treatment in the past month.
- You have not had an autoimmune disease requiring steroids or immune-suppressing drugs.
- You do not have uncontrolled heart disease, high blood pressure, or active infections, including hepatitis B, hepatitis C, or HIV.
- You agree to use effective contraception during the trial and for 3 months after.
