Study of an experimental drug for advanced solid tumors
Part of Cancer, Digestive system, Eyes & vision, Kidney & urinary, Lungs & breathing, Women’s health & pregnancy clinical trials.
This trial tests a new drug that targets a protein called MET found on some cancer cells. It may help people with certain advanced cancers that have not responded to other treatments.
Summary written for real people, not researchers, by Clin2.
Who can take part
- You have one of these cancers: non-small cell lung cancer, colorectal, stomach or esophageal, uveal melanoma, or a type of kidney cancer.
- Your cancer is advanced and cannot be removed by surgery or cured with radiation.
- You have tried all standard treatments that could help, and they no longer work or you can't tolerate them.
- You are willing to provide a sample of your tumor (either from a past biopsy or a new one).
- You have at least one tumor that can be measured on a scan.
- You are physically able to perform daily activities (ECOG 0 or 1).
- You have not had certain prior treatments, including a type of antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) with a topoisomerase payload.
- If you have had radiation, it must be more than 28 days ago (or 14 days for limited palliative radiation).

This trial tests an experimental drug for people with advanced solid tumors or lymphoma that has not responded to standard treatments and has a specific genetic change (loss of MTAP or CDKN2A genes). The drug is taken by mouth and may work by targeting cancer cells with this change.
This trial tests a new drug called CKD-703 for people with advanced solid tumors, including a type of lung cancer (non-small cell lung cancer) that has a specific marker called c-Met. The study aims to see if the drug is safe and effective for those who have already tried other treatments that didn't work or caused side effects.
This trial tests a new drug that may help people with advanced solid tumors, including liver, stomach, and brain cancers. It is for patients whose cancer has not responded to standard treatments or who cannot have them. The study aims to find the right dose and check safety and effectiveness.
This trial tests a new drug called MR001, which is designed to help your immune system fight cancer, in people with advanced solid tumors that have not responded to other treatments. It may be an option if standard treatments have stopped working or caused too many side effects.
This trial tests a new oral drug called EP102 for people with certain advanced cancers that have stopped responding to standard treatments. It aims to see if the drug is safe and works by targeting a protein called METTL3.
