  • You are a man diagnosed with testicular cancer.
  • You are between 18 and 90 years old.
  • You are able to read and sign the consent form.
  • You are a first-degree relative (parent, sibling, or child) of a man with testicular cancer.
  • You are not a female if you are in the testicular cancer group.
