Who can take part
- You are 18 or older.
- You have an advanced solid tumor that standard treatments didn't work for or you can't tolerate.
- You have at least one tumor that can be measured on a scan (at least 1 cm wide, or 1.5 cm for a lymph node) and it hasn't been treated with radiation, or if it has, it has grown since.
- You can provide a tumor sample (fresh or stored within the last 2 years).
- You feel well enough to do most daily activities (ECOG 0 or 1) and have a life expectancy of more than 12 weeks.
- You are not pregnant or breastfeeding, and you agree to use reliable birth control if you could become pregnant or father a child.
