Quit smoking with a digital program for American Indian and Alaska Native adults

This study tests two smartphone apps to help American Indian and Alaska Native adults quit smoking. You will be randomly assigned to one of the apps and complete short surveys to see which works better.

  • You are American Indian or Alaska Native (alone or with other races).
  • You are 18 or older and have smoked daily for the past year.
  • You want to quit smoking in the next 30 days.
  • You have your own Android or iPhone and can download apps.
  • You are not using other quit-smoking programs or medications now or in the past 30 days.
