Who can take part

  • You are a girl between 14 and 19 years old.
  • Your BMI is at or above the 85th percentile for your age and sex.
  • You have not lost 5% or more of your body weight in the last 6 months (unless it was after giving birth).
  • You have not started or changed any medication that affects appetite or weight in the last 3 months.
  • You are not currently pregnant, less than 3 months after giving birth, or planning to get pregnant in the next year.
