Who can take part
- You have advanced cancer of the stomach, esophagus, pancreas, or colon/rectum that has not responded to at least two standard treatments or you cannot tolerate them
- You are 18 years or older
- Your cancer has a specific target (marker) that the therapy is designed to attack
- You have at least one measurable tumor on scans
- You are in fairly good health (able to care for yourself, with adequate organ function) and do not have active infections, unstable heart problems, or untreated brain metastases
