Who can take part

  • You must be 18 to 75 years old.
  • You must have advanced stomach or gastroesophageal junction cancer that got worse after a first treatment that included immunotherapy.
  • Your previous immunotherapy either didn't work well (stable disease less than 12 weeks or got worse) or worked but then stopped working within 6 months after the last dose.
  • You need to have at least one tumor that can be measured with scans.
  • Your blood and organ function must be within certain levels (like kidney, liver, and blood counts) within the week before starting treatment.
