Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 75 years old
  • You have early-stage liver cancer (stage 0, A, or B) and are scheduled for surgery to remove it
  • You are generally active and able to take care of yourself (ECOG score 0-1)
  • Your liver function is good (Child-Pugh class A)
  • You have not had any previous cancer treatment for this tumor
  • Your blood test results are within normal range
