Personalized Drug Testing for Liver Cancer After Surgery

Hepatocellular Carcinoma Resectable

Treatments studied

Part of Cancer clinical trials.

This trial tests whether a personalized treatment plan based on a lab-grown 3D model of your tumor (called an organoid) can help prevent your liver cancer from coming back after surgery. The goal is to find the most effective drugs for your specific cancer.

Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 70 years old.

  • Your liver function is good enough (Child-Pugh class A or B with a score of 7).
  • You have not had radiation therapy in the last 12 weeks, and you are not pregnant or breastfeeding.
  • Your blood counts, kidney and liver function, and blood clotting are within safe ranges (your doctor will check these).
