Who can take part
- You are at least 18 years old.
- You have advanced stomach or gastroesophageal junction cancer (stage IV) that is PD-L1 positive and has a low TMEscore.
- You have not had any previous cancer treatment for advanced disease, or if you had chemo or radiation before surgery, it's been more than 6 months since that treatment ended.
- You are able to do daily activities with minimal help (ECOG score 0-2).
- Your blood counts, liver, and kidney function are within safe ranges (your doctor will check this).
- You have not had treatment with drugs like PD-1 or PD-L1 inhibitors, or certain other targeted therapies (e.g., fuquinitinib, regorafenib).
