- You are currently attending antenatal clinics or staying in postnatal wards at Kwong Wah Hospital or Queen Mary Hospital
- You are able to read Chinese

- You do not have a high-risk pregnancy or history of psychiatric illness
- Your baby does not have congenital, genetic, or structural abnormalities and did not need intensive care after birth
