Who can take part

  • You have been diagnosed with psoriasis by a doctor.
  • Your psoriasis is moderate to severe (covering more than 10% of your body).
  • You do not have a diagnosed sleep disorder (like sleep apnea or restless legs).
  • You are not taking sleeping pills or sedatives regularly.
  • You do not have diabetes or serious heart, liver, or kidney disease.
