Who can take part
- You are a healthy adult (18-45) or have chronic plaque psoriasis (18-65).
- Your weight is between 45 kg (99 lbs) and 110 kg (242 lbs), with a BMI between 18 and 28 if you are healthy.
- You have no history of immune-related diseases, serious or recurring infections, or drug allergies that could be risky.
- You have not used illegal drugs in the past 3 months, and no history of drug abuse in the past 5 years.
- You are not currently using any medications that are not allowed in the study.
