Flu and COVID-19 study for pregnant women in Nagpur

Who can take part

  • You are a woman between 18 and 50 years old.
  • You are in early pregnancy (less than 14 weeks) and have an ultrasound to confirm.
  • You plan to get all your pregnancy and delivery care at Government Medical College Hospital in Nagpur.
  • You will live in Nagpur city throughout your pregnancy and after delivery.
  • You are okay with being contacted twice a week by phone or text to check for flu or COVID-19 symptoms.
  • You agree to use a thermometer, keep a symptom diary, and give blood samples up to 4 times during the study.
