French Gut Study: stool samples before colonoscopy

Patients Aged 50-75 and Requiring Colonoscopy

  • You are between 50 and 75 years old.
  • You are scheduled for a colonoscopy.
  • You can provide a stool sample and do a stool test (FIT) before the colonoscopy.
  • You do not have Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis.
  • You have not taken antibiotics in the last 3 months.
  • You live in France and can sign a consent form.
