Who can take part
- Your ankle sprain must be grade I or II (mild to moderate, not severe)
- The injury happened no more than 48 hours ago
- You are between 18 and 60 years old
- The skin around your ankle is clean and unbroken (no cuts, sores, or infections)
- You do not have a broken bone, severe ligament tear, or serious health conditions like bleeding disorders or diabetes
