SIM0237 with or without BCG for bladder cancer

Non-Muscle-Invasive Bladder Cancer (NMIBC)

This trial tests a new drug, SIM0237, alone or with BCG, for people with a type of bladder cancer called non-muscle invasive bladder cancer (NMIBC) that did not respond to BCG treatment. The goal is to see if it is safe and works against the cancer.

Who can take part

  • You have a type of bladder cancer called non-muscle invasive bladder cancer (NMIBC) that did not get better with BCG treatment.
  • You have either carcinoma in situ (CIS) with or without other cancer changes, or high-grade Ta or T1 disease that did not respond to BCG.
  • You are not a candidate for or have decided against having your bladder removed (radical cystectomy).
  • You are 18 years or older and in reasonably good health with a life expectancy of at least 2 years.
  • You agree to provide a tumor sample (old or new) for testing.
  • You have not had certain prior treatments (like IL-15, IL-2, checkpoint inhibitors, or chemotherapy) within specific timeframes before starting the study.
