Early bladder cancer study using new drugs and BCG

High-risk NMIBC

This trial tests whether a new bladder cancer drug (SHR-1501) works alone or combined with BCG, and compares options with another drug (SHR-1316), in people with high-risk non–muscle-invasive bladder cancer. It may help reduce cancer coming back and improve control of the disease.

Who can take part

  • You must be able to voluntarily join and sign informed consent
  • You are age 18 or older, and your general condition is good (ECOG 0–2)
  • You need a diagnosis of high-risk NMIBC from prior bladder biopsy, and the bladder area should be fully removed or only carcinoma in situ remains
  • You must be well enough for treatment (good organ function) and expected to live at least 2 years
  • You must be able and willing to use effective birth control during treatment and for 3 months after (and pregnancy testing if applicable)
