- You lost your spouse or life partner within the past 12 months.
- You are 65 years old or older.
- You have had suicidal thoughts or behavior before, or have had depression that required treatment.
- You do not have a diagnosis of schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, or psychosis.
- You do not live in a nursing home.
- You are not a shift worker (working nights or rotating shifts).
