- Your child is between 2 and 7 years old
- Your child had a mild to moderate head injury (traumatic brain injury)
- You are the main person caring for your child and are 18 or older
- You can read and speak in either English or Spanish
- Your child does not have major problems seeing or hearing
- You do not have major problems seeing or hearing
