Who can take part
- You have advanced cancer that has spread or cannot be removed by surgery.
- Your doctor expects you to live more than 12 weeks.
- Your heart, lungs, liver, kidneys, and blood are working well enough (your doctor will test this).
- You have not had gene therapy before.
- You do not have a serious active infection, including hepatitis B, hepatitis C, or HIV.
- You are not pregnant or breastfeeding.
- You are not taking high doses of steroids (like prednisone) for a long time.
