Personalized cancer vaccine for advanced solid tumors

This trial tests a personalized vaccine made from unique markers on your tumor cells (called neoantigens). The goal is to help your immune system fight the cancer more effectively. It is for people with advanced solid tumors who have not had gene therapy and are otherwise relatively healthy.

Who can take part

  • You have advanced cancer that has spread or cannot be removed by surgery.
  • Your doctor expects you to live more than 12 weeks.
  • Your heart, lungs, liver, kidneys, and blood are working well enough (your doctor will test this).
  • You have not had gene therapy before.
  • You do not have a serious active infection, including hepatitis B, hepatitis C, or HIV.
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding.
  • You are not taking high doses of steroids (like prednisone) for a long time.
