Who can take part

  • You have an advanced solid tumor that can’t be removed with surgery
  • Your cancer has gotten worse after standard treatment, or you chose to stop other treatment, and it’s been more than 2 weeks
  • You expect to live at least 3 months and are well enough for study visits (ECOG 0–2)
  • You can sign informed consent, understand the study, and follow study procedures
  • If you can become pregnant, you must have a negative pregnancy test and agree to reliable birth control during the study (and no pregnancy plans for 6 months)
  • Your blood tests and organ function must be within allowed limits (liver, kidneys, blood counts), and heart rhythm testing (ECG) must be acceptable
