Who can take part

  • You have been diagnosed with frozen shoulder by an orthopedic doctor.
  • You are between 40 and 60 years old.
  • Your shoulder symptoms started between 3 months and 1 year ago.
  • Only one shoulder is affected.
  • You have not had shoulder surgery, an injection in the shoulder, or manipulation under anesthesia in the last 6 months.
  • You do not have other shoulder problems like a torn rotator cuff, tendonitis, or a history of stroke, breast cancer surgery, or heart bypass surgery.
