Who can take part

  • You are 20 years or older
  • You have been diagnosed with frozen shoulder (also called adhesive capsulitis) in the stiff phase
  • Your affected shoulder has lost at least half of its normal movement compared to your other shoulder
  • You have not had a steroid injection in your shoulder in the past month
  • You do not have other shoulder problems like arthritis, severe bone thinning, or recent injuries
