Who can take part

  • You are a healthy mother who is breastfeeding and is about 3 months (13 weeks) after giving birth.
  • You plan to breastfeed only (no formula or other milk) until your baby is 6 months old.
  • Your baby was born at full term (38 weeks or later) without any complications.
  • Your body mass index (BMI) before pregnancy was less than 30.
