- You are between 18 and 60 years old.
- You have had neck pain (with or without arm pain) for at least 3 months.
- Your average neck pain in the last 24 hours is at least a 4 out of 10.
- You do not have other ongoing chronic pain conditions (besides neck pain).
- You are not pregnant and do not have bleeding disorders or take blood thinners.
