  • You are between 18 and 64 years old.
  • You have had neck pain for at least 3 months.
  • You can read and write and agree to volunteer.
  • You do not have recent injuries, surgeries, or tumors in your neck or shoulders.
  • You have not had physical therapy for neck pain in the last 6 months.
  • You are not pregnant.
