  • You are generally healthy (no serious medical conditions)
  • You are between the ages of 18 and 65
  • You do not smoke
  • Your body mass index (BMI) is under 30
  • You are not pregnant
  • You do not have diabetes, uncontrolled high blood pressure, or other metabolic conditions
  • You have no food allergies to quercetin
  • You do not already eat or take quercetin regularly
  • You are not currently taking any regular medications or antioxidant supplements
