Who can take part

  • You are currently having a moderate-to-severe flare of pustular psoriasis (new or worsening pustules covering at least 5% of your body).
  • You are willing to use reliable birth control during the study and for 6 months after the last dose (if you could become pregnant or get someone pregnant).
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding.
  • You do not have other active autoimmune diseases (like rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, or inflammatory bowel disease) that require immune-suppressing treatment.
  • You are not at high risk for serious infections (e.g., from HIV, organ transplant, or recent severe infection).
  • You have not had a live vaccine in the past 6 weeks and do not plan to get one during the study.
