Who can take part
- You are 18 years old or older.
- You have had plaque psoriasis for at least 6 months.
- Your psoriasis covers at least 10% of your body surface area (roughly the size of your palm).
- Your psoriasis is moderate to severe, and you are a candidate for light therapy or systemic treatment (pills or injections).
- You have not used certain psoriasis medications recently, and you have not taken a TYK2 inhibitor before.
- You do not have a serious infection, unstable medical condition, or other skin condition that could interfere with the study.
