  • Your pregnancy is less than 20 weeks and 6 days along.
  • You are at least 18 years old.
  • You get pregnancy care at OSU McCampbell Hall or OSU Outpatient Care East.
  • You are pregnant with one baby and a heartbeat has been seen.
  • You speak English and can receive text messages.
