Who can take part

  • You have a solid tumor that has spread or cannot be removed with surgery, and it has gotten worse after standard treatment.
  • You are able to do most daily activities (performance status 0 or 1).
  • Your tumor can be measured on a scan (like a CT scan).
  • You are willing to have a fresh biopsy of your tumor, or you have a tissue sample from within the last 6 months.
  • You have not had a different type of cancer (other than skin cancer or a few others) in the last 2 years.
  • You have not had an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) that contains a topoisomerase I inhibitor (like irinotecan) before.
