Who can take part
- You must have one of these cancer types: HR+/HER2- breast cancer, cholangiocarcinoma, endometrial cancer, squamous non-small cell lung cancer, triple-negative breast cancer, or ovarian cancer.
- Your cancer must be advanced (spread) or cannot be removed with surgery, and standard treatments have either stopped working or you couldn't handle their side effects.
- You must have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans, and you need to be able to provide a sample of your tumor from a past biopsy or surgery.
- You must be in reasonably good health (able to do daily activities without major help) and have adequate organ function.
- You cannot have had a prior treatment with a B7H4-targeting antibody-drug conjugate or a specific type of drug called a topoisomerase 1 inhibitor antibody-drug conjugate.
