Who can take part
- You are age 40 or older
- You have unexplained abnormal bleeding from your uterus (not caused by an IUD or other known reason)
- You still have your uterus (not removed)
- You have been referred for an endometrial biopsy (a sample taken from your uterus lining)
- You have not had a vaginal infection, pelvic radiation, or a uterine sample taken in the past 3 months
- You have not started hormone therapy (like birth control, HRT, or an IUD) in the past year unless it is tamoxifen
