This study looks at how breast cancer changes while you are receiving chemotherapy or targeted therapy before surgery. The goal is to better understand which treatments work best for different types of breast cancer.
This study tests a combination of chemotherapy and immunotherapy given before surgery for triple-negative breast cancer. It aims to shrink the tumor and improve outcomes. The treatment is given intravenously.
This trial tests if women with a common type of breast cancer (HR+/HER2-) can safely skip chemotherapy after surgery by taking targeted medication (ribociclib) plus hormone therapy. A special blood test called ctDNA helps doctors decide if chemo isn't needed.
This Phase 3 trial studies different ways of giving common chemotherapy drugs (anthracyclines and taxanes) for locally advanced breast cancer that is HER2-negative. It aims to see which order or “sequencing” may work better for people like you.
This trial tests whether a special cycling exercise program during chemotherapy can help women with breast cancer. It is for patients who are about to start a common type of chemotherapy and want to add physical activity to their treatment plan.
This trial compares two different chemotherapy combinations given before surgery (neoadjuvant therapy) for people with triple-negative breast cancer. It looks to see which drug combination works better to control the cancer before and around the time of the operation.
