Who can take part

  • You have been diagnosed with chronic coronary syndrome (stable chest pain or related symptoms).
  • An angiogram shows one or more blockages in your heart arteries that are between 30% and 90% narrowed.
  • You are able to have an imaging test called OCT (optical coherence tomography) during your procedure.
  • You have not had a recent heart attack (STEMI or NSTEMI).
  • You have not had prior heart bypass surgery or stent placement in the same artery.
  • You are not taking blood thinners called novel oral anticoagulants or warfarin.
