Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have stable chest pain (CCS class 2-3) or a positive test for reduced blood flow to your heart (like a stress test or SPECT).
  • You have a moderate narrowing (40-80%) in a heart artery seen on an angiogram.
  • You are willing to have two special tests on the same artery: FFR (measures pressure) and OCT (takes a picture from inside the artery).
  • You do not have a recent heart attack, unstable angina, or other serious heart conditions.
  • You are not pregnant and do not have severe kidney failure or a contraindication to adenosine.
